Our Borradaile house is situated on the edge of the main college site, a five-minute walk to the shops and cafés of Kemptown. There is a good bus route into Brighton city centre, the railway station, the marina and beach. It has six bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room with shower, toilet and basin. The house offers a good-sized communal kitchen diner, laundry, lounge, staff office and a quiet study room. Borradaile also offers a two-bedroom self-contained flat with its own lounge & kitchen diner & bathroom, which offers a stepping-stone into semi-independent living. Borradaile also has a sensory shed in the garden for all residents to enjoy.
