College View is situated on the outskirts of our main college site on Walpole Road. It is a five-minute walk from the local amenities of lively Kemptown, where there are many interesting shops and restaurants. There is a good bus route into the centre of Brighton, the railway station, the marina and beach. College View has ten bedrooms – eight on the first floor and two on the ground floor. This area has been converted into a bedroom, living area and bathroom to offer a semi self-contained environment. There are two bathrooms and three shower rooms within the house. It offers a large kitchen diner, computer room, a laundry room, a sensory space and a large lounge. Currently, College View is home to six young adults.
